Main objective of the position:
Lead the pre-sales process at a regional level, acting as a technical and consultative expert to design, position and present Beesion solutions, ensuring alignment between customer needs and portfolio capabilities, and strategically supporting the sales team in generating and closing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of countries, supporting the identification and development of opportunities from the pre-sales phase.
- Serve as the technical and functional point of contact for Beesion solutions with clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and design appropriate solutions aligned with the product portfolio.
- Lead and participate in technical presentations, workshops, demos, and discovery sessions with clients (CTO/CIO and business levels).
- Prepare technical proposals, RFPs/RFIs, solution architectures, and associated documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to define positioning and differentiation strategies.
- Support the development of business cases and value propositions for clients.
- Collaborate in defining the territory strategy from both a technical and solutions perspective.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the portfolio, competitors, and market trends.
- Support pipeline management from a technical feasibility perspective and ensure successful closure of opportunities.
- Develop relationships with partners (SI) to strengthen joint proposals and value creation.
Essential requirements:
- Proven successful track record of complex solutioning and managing medium and large bids/projects.
- Strong leading-edge Telco/CSP knowledge.
- Freedom to travel across the region when safe to do so (approximately 50-70%).
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly team oriented, collaborative and flexible, but independent.
- Knowledge of BSS architectures including CRM, self-care, order management, charging, billing, analytics etc. (recomended)
Experience:
- Proven experience in pre-sales of complex solutions (preferably in telecommunications).
- Solid knowledge of Telco/CSP and BSS ecosystems.
- Experience in solution design, technical proposal development, and responding to RFPs.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Willingness to travel (50-70%).
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and capacity to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Collaborative, flexible, autonomous, and results-oriented profile.
- Knowledge of BSS architectures: CRM, self-care, order management, charging, billing, analytics, etc.
