Who Can Submit a Report?

Any employee, contractor, supplier, customer, or other third party with a relationship with Beesion Technologies may report, in good faith and confidentially, any conduct or situation that may be inconsistent with our policies, ethical standards, or applicable regulations.

Reports may include, but are not limited to:

• Corruption, influence peddling, extortion, or facilitation payments.

• Undisclosed conflicts of interest.

• Violations of our Information Security Policy.

• Any other conduct contrary to our Anti-Corruption Policy or applicable laws and regulations.

The reporting channel is managed by Beesion Technologies’ Human Resources Department.

We acknowledge receipt of all reports within five business days.

Our Commitment

Confidentiality

Information related to a report is treated confidentially. Access is limited to those who need the information to properly assess and manage the case, including Human Resources, Operations Management, and, when appropriate, the person responsible for information security.

Non-Retaliation

Beesion Technologies expressly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who submit a report in good faith, even when an investigation does not substantiate the reported concerns.

Review and Follow-Up

Every report is registered and evaluated. When appropriate, the matter is referred to the relevant internal processes for non-conformity management, corrective actions, or disciplinary measures.

Beesion Technologies’ Human Resources Manager acts as the Compliance Officer for this reporting channel and has direct access to Management to escalate cases when necessary.
